• Student daily attendance logs or live GPS tracking data.
• Personal contact details of teachers or non-public staff credentials.

3. Data Collected Through Web Forms

When you submit an Admission Enquiry or Contact Form, we collect only necessary operational information:

• Parent/Guardian Contact: Name, email address, and phone number to coordinate admissions.
• Student Detail: Name and target grade level to assess eligibility.
• Security Metadata: One-way hashed IP representations to prevent automated brute-force bot abuse without retaining raw PII.

4. Media & Student Photograph Authorization

Any photographs featuring students in sports, cultural days, or smart classroom sessions are published strictly with parental authorization. All public media files are automatically stripped of embedded EXIF and geolocation metadata prior to publication. Parents may request the removal or update of any photograph by contacting the administration at principal@mmrschool.edu.
